Senior Property Accountant

Grayson Search is partnering with a large real estate company in Houston that is looking to add a Senior Development Accountant to its team. This person will play a key role in the financial management of active development projects, working closely with project, property, and accounting leadership from project funding through reporting and close. The ideal candidate would bring minimum 5 years of real estate development accounting experience. This company offers a great work/life balance and advancement opportunities. Highlights: Own accounting for active real estate development projects, from close through financial reporting. Handle capital calls, construction draws, lender funding, debt payments, and project cash activity. Partner with project/property teams on budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
