About the Position

General Urology | Clinic + Call | Travel Covered | EPIC EMR

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility in Indiana . This opportunity begins with sporadic dates and is expected to evolve into a more consistent long-term schedule .

Position Overview:

• Location: Mishawaka, Indiana

• Setting: Hospital-based clinic + night call

• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (daily)

• Call Coverage: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night call)

• Weekend Requirements: TBD based on schedule

• Patient Volume: 2–5 patients per day

• Age Group: Adults only

• Procedures: General Urology required

• EMR System: EPIC

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – Required

• Active Indiana Medical License – Required

• ACLS Certification – Required

• Robotics Trained – Highly Preferred
