Brand Ambassador

At Main Event, Brand Ambassadors play an important role because they are the first and last person the Guest sees on every visit! They help guests tailor their experience by advising and answering questions on various activities, directing them, and maintaining the highest standards in safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Welcome and greet all guests, acting as a fun ambassador. Communicate with the team about first‑time guests. Answer guest questions regarding various activities and directions. Manage guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food, and other activities. Escort guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance. Thank guests and encourage return visits. Perform opening, mid‑day, and closing duties. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience a plus. Strong guest‑focused mindset. Teamwork skills. Food Handler Certification, as required. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends. Salary Range: $13.73 - $17.25 per hour.
