Bring Your HVAC Mastery to the Classroom in East Windsor
Turn years of field experience into future-ready talent. As an HVAC Systems Instructional Specialist, you’ll train the next generation of technicians through a balance of theory and lab application—while enjoying a four-day work week and three-day weekends.
Role snapshot- Teach an accredited HVAC curriculum with clear, outcomes-based instruction.
- Run hands-on labs in a fully equipped facility that mirrors real job sites.
- Foster an engaging, growth-minded learning culture.
- Assess performance, provide actionable feedback, and mentor for success.
- Develop lesson plans that reflect current codes, standards, and industry trends.
- Continuously update your knowledge of HVAC tools and practices.
- Collaborate with faculty peers to enhance program quality and graduate success.
- Prepare students to pass certification exams and transition into HVAC roles.
- 3+ years as an HVAC technician.
- S1 or S2 license—or the ability to obtain the S license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivational teaching style and learner engagement capabilities.
- Dedication to mentoring and student achievement.

- Installation, service, and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Boiler troubleshooting
- HVAC systems and industry-standard lab technologies
- Sign on Bonus available for part-time and full-time.
