Base pay range $85.00/hr - $100.00/hr Job Title: SOX Compliance Audit Consultant – Oracle Cloud ERP Ecosystem Location: Remote (Must work PST hours) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-month contract (potential to extend/convert) Compensation: $85-100/HR W2 Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Sponsorship not authorized About the Role: A leading residential solar and energy services company, is urgently seeking a seasoned SOX Compliance Audit Consultant to support our internal audit and compliance efforts post-Oracle Cloud ERP go-live. You’ll be the go-to expert for ITGC/ITAC testing, controls validation, and audit readiness, all within a high-visibility function. What You’ll Do: Lead SOX testing of ITGCs, ITACs, IPEs, and automated controls in Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM, WMS, PaaS, OCI) Manage control walkthroughs, testing, documentation, and remediation Liaise with internal stakeholders and Big 4 auditors (EY, PwC, KPMG, etc.) Maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) aligned with PCAOB/COSO standards Review SOC reports and assess downstream impacts Advise on compliance implications of Oracle Cloud updates and configurations Prepare audit-ready documentation and evidence repositories What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves: 7+ years in IT Audit/SOX Compliance Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), including Risk Management Cloud, EPM, WMS, and PaaS Deep understanding of ITGCs, ITACs, and financial reporting compliance Experience working with Big 4 auditors Strong Oracle Cloud security and controls testing background Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Risk Management Cloud module Professional certifications: CISA, CIA, CPA (or equivalent) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting Get notified about new Audit Consultant jobs in United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
