We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting. Responsibilities: Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model Participate in school-based and community outreach programs Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Qualifications MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility, preferred experience in clinical or medical settings, strong communication and teamwork skills.
