Provide flexible care options-both in-person and through virtual platforms-to meet diverse patient needs. Education Requirements MD or DO from a recognized and accredited medical institution. Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine is required. Must be eligible for or currently possess an active medical license in Missouri. Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS.
