What you will doDuring your first year as a Junior Territory Sales Executive, you’ll participate in the FASTER Program, Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles (we do love a good acronym), a comprehensive 12-month onboarding and development program designed to provide you with the advanced sales strategies, partner ecosystem expertise, and territory management skills needed to excel. You’ll gain hands-on experience with demand generation planning, learn from seasoned sales leaders, and contribute to revenue growth and new customer acquisition from day one. During your first year, you will focus on mastering the landscape and building a foundation. Following this period, the role evolves into a full-cycle commercial position. We are looking for individuals who are eager to graduate into a performance-driven compensation model—one that trades a traditional fixed ceiling for significant, uncapped upside based on your ability to deliver results.This cohort-based program starts in September 2026.
