Lead a project team and ensure all team members work effectively and efficiently towards project goals. Review and analyze cost estimates to ensure alignment with project budgets and financial goals. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures when necessary. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. Senior PM with Hospitality or Resort experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction. Proven experience in construction management and cost estimate review. Demonstrated ability to lead a project team and manage complex projects. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
