Shift & Schedule Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Shift Type: Day Shift Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Position Work Setting: Outpatient GI/Endoscopy Center Call Requirement: No call, nights, or weekends Schedule Flexibility: CRNA team is autonomous and self-schedules Typical Workload: Approximately 12–15 cases per CRNA per day Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for outpatient GI/Endoscopy procedures Manage approximately 12–15 cases per day independently Operate autonomously within an experienced anesthesia team Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical judgment Collaborate with physician leadership for optimal patient care Self-schedule to balance workload and personal time effectively Required Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Active CRNA certification and state licensure Strong clinical judgment with ability to practice independently Compensation & Benefits $96–$106/hour + company-paid benefits Relocation assistance available (negotiable) Excellent work-life balance in a stable, supportive environment ~DS Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
