Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southeast Georgia, just over an hour away from Savannah.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery
\n
• Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects
\n
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 40 employees in a high volume manufacturing facility
\n
• Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency
\n
• Coach, train and develop direct reports
\n
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems
\n
• Manage spare part Inventory processes
\n
• Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation
\n

Qualifications & Requirements:

\n
• 5+ years of Management experience in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment
\n
• Solid PLC troubleshooting experience
\n
• Strong Project management experience
\n
• Excellent strategic and growth mindset!
\n
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
\n
• Some ammonia refrigeration knowledge is preferred
\n
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
\n
