The BEL will take the lead in creating energy and excitement throughout the restaurant during the rollout of the new beverages, helping the entire crew feel confident, motivated, and ready to deliver an elevated beverage experience. The BEL is a designated leader with a broader, operational focus.

They oversee equipment, coach the team, support launches, and ensure clear communication. Their role is about driving flawless execution, minimizing downtime, and keeping beverage operations running smoothlyespecially during peak periods.

The BEL leads the beverage operation including training, equipment, communication, and execution.
