Degree in mechanical engineering required.5+ Years of industrial experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWorks safely and keeps work area clear of potential hazards, knows and understands company EHS policies.Knowledge of operating methods and procedures as they relate to their department.Demonstrated ability to perform assigned job functions in a manner which will consistently meet supervisor expectations.Deals effectively and cooperatively with established policies and procedures. Interfaces and cooperates with first line supervision effectively.Analytical thinking to introduce new innovations to production processesLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Plan, implement, and maintain relative manufacturing engineering activities in order to meet plant targets, initiating and implementing action plans for continuous improvement of relevant processes.This position is full-time during regular business hours and is on-call when necessary.
