Quantum Medical Supply is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated independent fitters to join our growing nationwide network. This role focuses on providing in-home diabetic shoe fittings and/or compression garment measurements for patients in your local area while delivering a high-quality patient experience.

Our fitters play an important role in helping patients improve mobility, comfort, circulation, and overall quality of life. Quantum Medical Supply handles the backend administrative process — including insurance verification, documentation review, order processing, billing, and patient coordination — allowing you to focus primarily on patient care and clinical services.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to patient homes or designated locations to perform fittings and measurements

• Measure and fit patients for diabetic shoes, inserts, and/or compression garments

• Educate patients on product use, wear schedules, and general care instructions

• Complete fitting and dispensing documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and Quantum staff

• Coordinate scheduling availability and accept or decline assignments based on your preferences and travel radius

• Maintain a compassionate and professional bedside manner during patient interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, patient care, medical equipment, orthotics/prosthetics, pedorthics, compression therapy, podiatry, physical therapy, medical assisting, nursing, or related fields preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently and traveling locally

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to use mobile devices/computers for documentation and communication

• Experience with diabetic shoe fittings, compression garments, or measurements is a plus, but training resources may be available for qualified candidates
