Salary: $145,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a midwife with the ability to relocate to Southern California for the right opportunity.

• We will provide midwifery care in a Southern California setting.
• We will collaborate with an established laborist team and OB colleagues.
• We will work within a flexible schedule that may include a four-day workweek.
• We will participate in approximately 10 call days each month.

We offer a base salary of $145,000 to $185,000, eligibility for federal and state student loan repayment programs, up to 90 days of complimentary housing, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and $7,500 in relocation assistance. Our role includes a flexible schedule with the possibility of a four-day workweek and about 10 call days per month.
