The Restaurant Team Member plays a vital role in delivering excellent service within a fast-paced, casual dining environment. This position involves frequent direct engagement with customers and requires collaboration with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, team members contribute to a positive dining experience through efficient food preparation, order taking, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items quickly and accurately
• Take customer orders and handle transactions efficiently
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service
• Operate cash registers and manage cash handling processes
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management
