Field Marketing & Brand Ambassador

The Role We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and resilient Field Marketing & Brand Ambassadors to drive Bondi Oakland Park's marketing and sales efforts throughout the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Working directly with the Director of Marketing and the General Manager, you'll be the face of Bondi out in the community, building local partnerships, running events, and turning conversations with strangers into new guests . What You'll Do Call and/or drop into local businesses, gyms, and residential buildings to introduce Bondi and secure a tasting or booking. Research and prioritize local outreach targets in coordination with the marketing team. Set up and run pop-up tastings at approved locations, handing out samples, talking up the brand, and distributing promo codes to drive customers to the restaurant. Represent Bondi at large-scale offsite events, distributing large volumes of samples and keeping the line moving while staying warm and personable with every guest. Support in-store events and menu/product launches, from planning through onsite execution. Track and report on the success of every promotion, tasting, and partnership, including sales and promo code redemption. Support store openings and special events (block parties, holidays) with onsite guest engagement and vendor coordination. Serve as the onsite point of contact for event organizers, staff, and vendors during activations. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to locations throughout the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Comfortable hearing "no" and staying positive and persistent anyway. Willing and able to cold-call or walk into a business unannounced to make an ask. Comfortable approaching and striking up conversation with strangers, one after another, at high-volume events. Available weekdays and weekends, including evenings consistently (10–20 hours/week total). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry event and promotional materials. Strong organizational skills. Nice to Have Trade show, street team, or experiential/promotional marketing experience. Catering, banquet, or event serving experience. Sales or cold-outreach experience. Existing relationships with local businesses, gyms, or residential communities in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area.
