Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our expanding OB/GYN team in a completely outpatient environment.

This position is dedicated solely to ambulatory women's health services, with no responsibilities for deliveries, operating room duties, or inpatient rounds. You will work in a collaborative, patient-focused setting with robust clinical and operational support.

Schedule Highlights

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• No night shifts

• No weekend work

• No holiday shifts (seven paid holidays)

• 100% outpatient practice

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care, including well-woman exams, acute visits, and family planning services.

• Provide evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care.

• Conduct in-office gynecological procedures such as LARC insertion/removal, colposcopy, biopsies, and menopausal care.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

• Complete billing and finalize clinical tasks in line with organizational policies.

• Make appropriate referrals for diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-up care.

• Offer clinical support and guidance to nursing staff and medical assistants in collaboration with Women's Health leadership.

• Engage in peer reviews, accreditation readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the education and supervision of students, residents, or allied health professionals as needed.

• Coordinate clinical operations and work closely with Women's Health providers and support staff.

• May rotate among various clinic locations and participate in after-hours call coverage if assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

• Active and unrestricted APRN license in Florida.

• National certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult-Gerontology NP with experience in women's health.

• Current BLS certification.

• Minimum of 2-3+ years of outpatient OB/GYN or Women's Health experience required.

• Preferred strong procedural experience.

• Experience with Epic or similar electronic medical records is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory.

Loan Repayment & Financial Support - NHSC

Our organization is an NHSC approved site, making this position eligible for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program.

Qualified Women's Health Nurse Practitioners may receive:
