Trade Settlement Analyst

Our client, a Financial Services organization , is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Trade Operations Analyst , you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Trade Operations, Middle Office, and Front Office teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $35/hour

What's the Job?

• Process, validate, and settle trades across derivatives and other financial instruments.
• Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement activities while resolving trade exceptions.
• Reconcile trade activity with brokers, custodians, and counterparties to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, controls testing, and process improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Experience in Trade Operations, Settlements, or Middle Office functions.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations.
• Experience with DTCC, Bloomberg, SWIFT, or similar financial industry platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
