What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of Pupatella, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a positive and professional attitude.
• Answering questions about our menu, ingredients, and the Neapolitan pizza-making tradition.
• Managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, whether in-person or over the phone.
• Handling customer concerns or feedback with care and professionalism.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Supporting the overall flow of the restaurant to ensure smooth operations.
