Lead Custodian 2nd Shift

LEAD CLEANER 2nd shiftHours: 4p-12:30a Monday-FridayCompensation: $17/hrThe Shift Lead person will be required to lead and supervise a large number of the cleaning team, under the supervision of the Account Manager, ensuring that the facility is clean daily.The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.Must have understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper.Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.Shows initiative in regard to job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.Has a willingness to work with and help others.Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.RequirementsPrevious experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision after 60 days401K after 90 daysFull time employees 1 week paid vacation after 1 full year of serviceSick time accrued each pay periodHM Solutions, Inc. considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, and expression, marital or military status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
