$19-$22 per hour + performance bonuses | $45,000-$60,000+ earning potential

AGI is hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working toward measurable goals.

This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Unlike a traditional inbound customer service position, this role includes both customer support and proactive outreach. Team members communicate with prospective customers, answer questions, identify needs, gather information, and help schedule qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective and existing customers
