Role Overview

Hale Kipa is looking for full-time Case Managers for our Emergency Shelter who will provide case management services to youth. The Case Manager position is an on-site job. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be timely with documentation, have basic computer skills, and the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field required.
• At least one (1) year of experience with youth and youth services is required

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems
• Consistent and timely documentation
• Access to a vehicle for the purpose of transporting youth
• A valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance and safety check
