Our organization is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Representative to join our Support Staff. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has a positive outlook, is personable, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be capable of effectively resolving customer concerns, providing support, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve our service and identify potential improvements.
• Promote a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience/Administrative role
• Proven ability to manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Excellent listening skills with a personable and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
• Proficiency in using computer software and online systems.
