Revenue Accountant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning the full revenue cycle in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Accountant will manage customer invoicing, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable while working remotely in a high-growth AI+SaaS company. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle for subscription and usage-based contracts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing Maintain revenue and deferred revenue schedules under ASC 606, including month-end close journal entries and reconciliations Serve as the primary contact for accounts receivable matters, managing cash receipts and collections to meet financial targets Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, or order-to-cash roles Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in revenue accounting at a technology or SaaS company with recurring revenue streams Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with billing platforms like Tabs or comparable systems Working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 340-40, with advanced Excel skills for data reconciliation Virtual Vocations Inc
