PEG Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a respected automotive client to find an Automotive Claims Adjuster . In this role, you'll use your technical expertise to review vehicle service contract claims, authorize repairs, and work directly with repair facilities, vendors, and customers to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Claims Adjuster, you will:

• Review vehicle service contract claims for mechanical and appearance repairs
• Determine claim eligibility and approve or deny repairs based on contract coverage
• Communicate with repair facilities, technicians, vendors, and customers to resolve claims
• Verify labor times, parts pricing, and repair recommendations
• Coordinate inspections when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed claim notes
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting productivity goals
• Assist with special projects and continuous process improvements as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of automotive experience as a:
  • Automotive Technician
  • Mechanic
  • Service Advisor
  • Parts Specialist or Parts Manager
  • Other automotive service professional
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call center experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Associate degree
