Creative Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Creative Recruiter with 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to identify, attract, and hire top talent across marketing, creative, digital, branding, communications, and design functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, understands the unique skill sets within creative and marketing disciplines, and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and candidate profiles. Source, screen, and interview candidates for marketing and creative roles, including: Digital Marketing Brand Marketing Content Marketing Graphic Design UX/UI Design Copywriting Communications Social Media Creative Services Product Marketing Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, and social recruiting techniques. Evaluate candidate portfolios, creative samples, and marketing experience to assess fit and potential. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship management. Partner with HR and hiring leaders to negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process. Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability. Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality marketing and creative talent. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of recruiting experience , with a strong focus on marketing, creative, digital, or agency recruiting. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for exempt and professional-level roles. Proven success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms. Strong understanding of marketing and creative job functions, skill sets, and industry trends. Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies. Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting within an advertising agency, marketing agency, creative studio, or corporate marketing organization. Familiarity with portfolio reviews and creative talent assessment. Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives. Knowledge of labor market trends and talent intelligence tools.
