Responsibilities Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring customers feel heard and supported. Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas. Create, present, and sell project estimates. Use an iPad to keep accurate records of your work, ensuring accountability at every step. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in residential/commercial remodeling or a related field. Ability to generate accurate project estimates . Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques. A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients to understand their needs. A valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen . Proficiency in at least three of the following areas: painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and general repairs. Why You’ll Want to Join Our Team W-2 employee (no 1099). No travel required.
