Marketing Procurement Specialist

Job Title Specialist, Creative Agency Services – Marketing Procurement Overview This role supports the sourcing of creative agency services within Marketing Procurement and reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies. The candidate will contribute to Marketing Sourcing initiatives and the optimization of procurement platforms and tools used to track and govern creative spend globally. Responsibilities Identify and support key priorities including value creation, service delivery, global category management, agency evaluation surveys, scope‑of‑work templates, rate‑card management and analysis, risk management, and supplier value management. Lead global, cross‑functional initiatives for the Decideware platform (or similar) covering current state, new functionality, change management, and local market requirements. Manage scope of work and agency evaluation surveys, train stakeholders and agency partners, and review agency scope of work and staff plans to provide financial guidance. Support supplier contract negotiations from initial review to signing and execution. Implement Supplier Value Management with key category suppliers to foster innovation, manage performance, establish governance models, and ensure continuous improvement. Provide strong data and analytics support using procurement dashboards such as Power BI to inform category decisioning and planning. Develop and sustain global stakeholder relationships through a service‑mindset and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier diversity, and working capital. Advocate for diversity across the company and expand spend with diverse suppliers. Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required. Experience: 3–5 years in agency compensation and 3–5 years in procurement, business management, or marketing. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and other business analytics and data‑visualization tools. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Negotiation & Contracting: Skilled in negotiating terms and managing supplier agreements. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships and influence cross‑functional teams. Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Tools & Systems: Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP and Ariba. Preferred Education: BS/BA in Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $79,200.00 – $124,700.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive where applicable.
