HR Business Partner

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and technical operations, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: San Fernando and Valencia, CA Pay Range: $60-$65/hr Shift: 8 am - 5 pm What's the Job? Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for manufacturing sites and supply chain functions in California, including Valencia and San Fernando. Partner with leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and leadership transitions to support business growth. Lead change management initiatives related to site projects, process improvements, and organizational changes. Support talent management programs such as training, coaching, career development, and succession planning. Manage employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards. What's Needed? Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including supporting complex client groups. Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing employee relations issues in a manufacturing or regulated environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with a focus on operational excellence. What's in it for me?
