Business Analyst with Banking

Required Skills QualificationsStrong experience with SSIS SQL Server Integration ServicesKnowledge of scripting Python PowerShell or Bash for automationProven track record in production support for data platformsFamiliarity with monitoring and ing tools eg Azure Monitor Grafana etcGood understanding of incident management and ticketing systemsStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide roundtheclock support for jobs and SSIS packages in productionMonitor data workflows and ETL pipelines troubleshoot failures and ensure timely resolution of incidentsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy fixes and enhancementsMaintain support documentation runbooks and incident logsParticipate in oncall rotations and ensure coverage across all shiftsEnsure compliance with SLAs and operational standardsrds
