About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Perioperative / OR Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Pearland, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (10-hour shifts may be considered based on departmental needs); 1:1 patient ratios; call coverage rotation includes approximately 5 shifts per month (1 weekend plus weekday evening coverage)**Highlights:** - Work in a 4-OR suite with a collaborative team of 5-6 nurses per shift supported by a Clinical Nurse Coordinator- Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedic (total joints, revisions, fractures), general surgery (robotic, laparoscopic, open), colorectal, urological, and gynecological procedures- State-of-the-art equipment including daVinci Xi robotic system, Stryker laparoscopic towers, Hana table, and advanced surgical technology- EMR: Meditech- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with predictable call rotation- Facility-provided scrubs**Requirements:** - Active Texas RN license or ability to obtain- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)- Perioperative/OR nursing experience- Meditech experience preferred- Prior HCA experience a plus**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work with advanced surgical technology in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
