Job Summary
The Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing daily service department operations to ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This position oversees 9 service staff, resolves customer concerns, manages schedules and resources, and ensures company policies and quality standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate service employees.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Prepare schedules, assign responsibilities, and manage staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and team performance.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary.
