SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide expert end-of-life care in patients’ homes and facilities. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, manage symptoms and pain, and administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospice protocols. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on disease progression and comfort measures, and provide emotional support and advocacy. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, meticulous documentation, and a commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
