Summer Intern: Hands-On Operations & Dispatch Learning

We are looking for an Intern to join our team in Grapevine, TX. The Intern will spend the summer learning about the ready‑mix industry by learning and working within each department. Why Apply? Responsibilities Work closely with the team to determine solutions to common problems. Learn and assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the business. Adopt and adapt safety protocols, with direct exposure to OSHA training. Work with and support various departments with an emphasis on dispatching. Learn the products we provide and produce, as well as the process that goes into producing them. Qualifications Must have transportation to and from the assigned workplace each day. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, and up to 50 lbs with assistance if needed. Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
