We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team in Florida. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, coordinating with internal partners, and keeping order activity organized in a fast-moving setting. The person in this role will help deliver a smooth customer experience by handling order-related tasks, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records across business systems.

Responsibilities:
• Enter and review customer orders with accuracy to support timely processing and fulfillment.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide helpful service through phone and other communication channels.
• Balance competing tasks throughout the day while maintaining strong attention to detail in a busy work environment.
• Partner with sales, warehouse, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Update customer profiles, order details, and related account information across multiple systems to keep records current.
• Prepare reports and complete administrative support work tied to customer accounts and daily operations.
• Learn company applications and internal processes quickly to support efficient service and order management.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere by communicating clearly and assisting where needed.• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or order entry is helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfort working across several software platforms, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
