We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Resident Care Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the residential care facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Coordinate and monitor resident care plans, ensuring personalized and consistent care delivery Ensure accurate documentation of resident information, medication administration, and incident reports Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and team members to address resident needs and concerns Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff Assist with resident assessments and participate in care planning meetings Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork within the facility Skills and Qualifications Valid LPN license in the state of Florida Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare or residential care setting Strong knowledge of resident care practices, medication administration, and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ individual needs Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems We value a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
