Shift : Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Duration : 13 weeks

Weekends and On Call To be determined by facility

Requirements:

• AZ/Compact license
• Must have a minimum of 2 years PCU experience (with recent experience in last 1 year)
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• Travel experience highly preferred

Other Details:

• Traveler must be willing to float to similar units or sister campus (if applicable)
• No hits on state license to practice
• Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes
