ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and previously served as an Assistant Controller and Operations Manager at Angel Island Capital. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and had the opportunity to study abroad in Torino, Italy—an experience that broadened my perspective and appreciation for building relationships.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Erynn Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
