What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Oversee performance of routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance.
• Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safety of guest and employee areas.
• Oversee structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems.
• Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Requirements:

• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong technical skills, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Maintenance knowledge is required.

Compensation: $88000.00 - $98000.00
