Job Description:

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Finance Sr Manager at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Finance.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Finance Sr Manager, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Global Citizens Services Business Area and the management of the a large VISA application program. You will play a crucial role in financial management of the business area and all of the programs within it.

? Lead/Manage/Support the financial activities of a major program and the business area within a Division. Manages exempt staff

? Collaborate with other enterprise support functions to include Contracts, Compliance, Billing and FP&A in support of portfolio

? Lead and develop a team of financial analysts in support of business unit planning, forecasting, reporting, EACs and risk identification and mitigation

? Identify and support opportunities for on contract growth, margin, DSO and other financial metric improvement

? ?Understand International accounting and Foreign exchange

? ?Communicate articulately and prepare for presentations with PMs and business area leadership on performance, forecast and areas for improvement and risk mitigation?

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

? Education: Bachelor's degree required

? Experience: 5+ years of Government Contracting experience in finance or Project Control Organization role

? Experience Managing a small team of people

? Strong understanding of International Accounting/Finance and Foreign exchange

? Strong financial analysis and communication skills

? Oracle Financials a plus

? Technical skills: Microsoft Office and Excel ( Advanced)

The likely salary range for this position is $129,813 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee's date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
