Beverage Technician - Maryville, IL

Essential Duties Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations. Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail. Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required. Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team. Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines. Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most cost-effective repair. Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork. Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service. Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers. Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED. 2-5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required. Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone. Possess valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver. Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town. Ability to work alone. Physical Requirements Lift and/or carry up to 80 lbs from the ground to overhead. Push and pull with arms up to a force of 30 lbs. Ability to crouch, stoop, squat, kneel, bend/twist at the waist, reach, grasp/manipulate objects. Ability to carry, erect, and climb ladders. Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range. The lighting will include natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas. Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
