HVAC Service Technician 25–$32+ per hour Sign-on Bonus offered to qualified technicians* Take-home truck | Consistent 40 hours | Paid training Thermal Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can run residential service calls independently and take pride in doing the job correctly. We are a quality-first company focused on strong workmanship, customer experience, and organized processes. The focus is proper diagnostics, quality repairs, and taking care of customers the right way. This position is primarily residential service and maintenance with occasional support on projects or installs during slower periods. Run residential service and maintenance calls independently Diagnose electrical, airflow, and refrigerant-related issues Perform system testing including voltage, amp draw, superheat, and subcooling Complete repairs correctly and verify system operation before leaving Document work and follow company processes using Housecall Pro Support install or project work as needed during slower seasons 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience ~ Ability to diagnose and repair systems without constant assistance ~ Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and refrigerant systems ~ Professional communication and customer service skills ~ Someone who takes pride in clean, quality work

Monday through Friday Service area primarily within 30 miles of Youngsville Paid major holidays ~ Health insurance stipend ~Paid training and development ~ Take-home company truck
