Product Development Engineer100% telecommute. Project: Selected candidate will be working on product development to deliver new accelerated features for Healthy Benefits+ 2.0 for potential large clients Team: 1 Product manager, 1-2 designers, 1-4 developers, 1 QAResponsibilities:Building and consuming both RESTful API endpoints and asynchronous events to implement business logicBuilding reusable code and libraries to be leveraged across our team and technology stackDeveloping software and processes that safely and securely handles our customer’s health and financial dataCollaborating within and across teams to ensure that all of our efforts are aligned towards the same goalsCommunicating thoughtfully with team members through design review, code review, and day-to-day collaborationImproving our current tech-stack, found here years of full-time software engineering experience3+ years of experience with Javascript/Typescript and Node.jsPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceExperience building and consuming API endpoints (REST, AMQP, GraphQL)Experience implementing testable business logic that is secure and easy to maintainExperience operating event-driven servicesExperience deploying to cloud-based environments such as AWSExperience building and maintaining 3rd-party integrationsExperience leveraging message brokers and event streams-e.g., AWS SNS, SQS, Azure ServiceBus, or similarExperience operating in high security environments-e.g., payments, healthcareRequired Skills : API,JavascriptBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
