Cases: Average of 3 hearts/day; Angioplasty/stenting, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atherectomy, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), First Assist, General OR, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Radiation Safety, Sharps Safety, Teaching Hospital, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Trauma, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) 3. Certifications: NBSTSA certificate required and must hold CST; AHA BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; call requirement of at least two days each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on need; minimum of 5 weekend shifts per contract 8.
