Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responses to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing objectives. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Compensation Hourly pay plus commission/bonus. Base salary ranges from $36,000.00 to $49,000.00 per year. Additional benefits are listed above. Requirements Self‑motivated Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills Ability to present to potential customers Must achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Experience in marketing Bilingual – Spanish preferred Must hold current Property and Casualty license Must be able to obtain Life and Health license Must be willing to work irregular hours Independent Contractor Disclosure This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
