Clinical Nurse - Heart Center

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a pediatric setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Responsibilities Deliver patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications Licensed RN with a nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required, but Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a team environment.
