Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Description


Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist for a busy industrial office in Wichita Falls, TX. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Greet visitors and customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
• Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems
• Process customer payments using credit card and payment processing systems
• Assist with general administrative duties, including copying, scanning, filing, and document preparation
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Support office staff and management with administrative tasks as needed
• Help ensure efficient day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or administrative office experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience processing payments and handling customer transactions preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
