Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time & PRN | $45–65/hr + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Aurora Health & Rehabilitation | Rolla, MO

Full-Time: $50–$57/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $55–$65/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
