This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. You will be working at a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility, reporting to the Hard Services Supervisor on a team that consists of Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Techs, Plumbers, and Electricians. A typical working day involves performing Preventative Maintenance and repairs, including Fit & Finish work, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems; exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.Impact team through defined duties, methods, and tasks as described in detail.Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.Required SkillsCommercial / Industrial experienceAbility to use a CMMS system and EmailWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products (examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Preferred SkillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentOSHA 10 Construction certification (preferred but not necessary)Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school / apprenticeship program diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
